Denise Hansen
Chief Human Resources Officer
Denise Hansen re-joined the Company as Chief Human Resources Officer in May 2024. She is responsible for people strategy and processes for QMC-EMI. She was interim CHRO for QMC-EMI in 2021.
Denise has over 30 years of human resources experience in manufacturing and R&D companies. Prior to her return to the Company, she led the US HR Centers of Excellence for Wacker Chemical. Previously Denise was Vice President of Human Resources at Amcor where she had leadership roles including global talent management, integration of M&As, and was a business unit HR leader responsible for 22 manufacturing locations. Other significant leadership experience includes Vice President -HR for Ricardo Inc., Group HR Director at TriMas Corporation, and head of HR at Peterson Spring.
Denise received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from Michigan State University.
